Make public transport more convenient by integrating travel

It should be possible to buy a flexible season ticket that allows users to travel by rail/bus/underground. At the moment only the SPT season ticket allows you to do this but it is archaic (can’t be renewed on line) and inflexible – it only runs Saturday to Sunday. The current rigid system encourages driving – for example if trains are delayed the user loses faith in the rail system and goes back to the car whereas a flexible arrangement could encourage them to get on the bus/use the underground.
