Make bus travel more attractive by giving people greater flexibility

Bus tickets, especially in cities, should not be for a particular bus, but should instead allow users to transfer between services.

This would make it far easier for people whose journeys currently require two buses, and make public transport more appealing than driving.

This already works very well in many European cities.
