Prioritise the Green Man

To promote walking as the best transport method in urban areas we should change the Green Man pedestrian priority so that traffic signals favour pedestrians over road vehicles for 50% of the time. The elderly will have more time to cross, and all pedestrians will come to feel that theirs is an equal right to enjoy the city.
